AV Construction Inc is a family-orientated company. We are active participants in the recreational opportunities that are abundant in Montana. We respect the importance of family, anticipate that our team members will have an active family role, and recognize that life outside of work is why we are all here. As such, we typically work 4/10 hr days, allowing for three day weekends. After all, one of the greatest benefits to living in Montana is access to the exceptional recreation opportunities. If we are not allowed the time to enjoy these benefits we squander much of the joy Montana can provide.

AV Construction Inc typically works at public works projects. This means prevailing wage applies to most of the man-hours worked each year (depending on the project, either Davis Bacon or MT Prevailing Wage). Our average wage rate is over $30/hr. In addition, we have salaried positions with paid vacation, per diem, and benefit packages.
